INSTALLATION & TRAINING POLICY

At Simformotion, you are a valued customer. Our goal is to help you get the most out of the simulators, including set-up and train-the-trainer services.

  • On-site installation and training is offered and scheduled based on trainer availability and global travel alerts/warnings (where applicable).
  • For international trips we require a 2-3 week lead-time to book travel once the simulators have arrived at your facility.
  • For Domestic trips we require a 2-3 week lead-time to book travel once simulators have shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once a trip has been scheduled, should the trip need to be re-scheduled, there will be a $250 fee to change travel arrangements.
  • All trips need to be completed within 1 year of the invoice date.
