Lord Fairfax Community College Brings a State Together to Develop a Workforce
LFCC was the first community college in Virginia to offer statewide industry credential programs for heavy equipment operators. Since its launch, the school has had 159 students complete the heavy equipment program. LFCC worked with several community partners to establish the operator training program.
