What’s your job title, role and responsibilities?
My title is Account Manager. I work directly with customers to ensure smooth simulator implementation and provide ongoing support that helps their programs thrive in the long term.
Favorite part of your job?
The best part of my job is working with people.
How do you/your team help our clients’ training programs succeed?
Every training program is different, and my goal is to ask the right questions to help our clients succeed. Understanding and knowing their goals are two of the most important parts of my role.
What career/life advice would you give someone?
Try to surround yourself with great people, stay positive, learn something new every day, and work hard.
