Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville Helps Meet Industry Needs With Heavy Equipment Operator Program
When local construction industry leaders reached out for help in developing a heavy equipment operator (HEO) training program, Tennessee College of Applied Technology – Knoxville (TCAT) launched its HEO program.
